OCCA Facade Panels
OCCA Façade Panels are off-site manufactured energy efficient exterior wall panels that are steel framed. They have all layers necessary for high performance façade systems including:
- continuous water insulation,
- continuous air and moisture barrier,
- integral decorative and protective finish options including render, brick, natural stone, metal and concrete look.
The panels are lightweight and as they are steel framed they can come in very large sizes. Window frames and glasses are both installed at the factory and this eliminates a lot of site work, in turn reducing project delivery time, likewise reducing crane usage or eliminating need for scaffolding.
All architectural details that are necessary to achieve higher aesthetics and quality are considered, detailed and necessary materials are provided within the façade system.
