To convert the drawing into a real and functioning bathroom, a certain sequence of actions is needed. We can compile them below 6 main titles.Once the drawings by the project architect have been received, the OCCA team can start to design the technical features of the bathroom. Defining the dimensions of the steel profiles, their placement, definition of the height of the floor layers, plumbing and mechanical design are some of the tasks performed by the OCCA team at this stage.
Before proceeding to the actual manufacturing, all the product components are ordered and ready to use in the factory. The structure, floor and wall finishing, sanitary ware, fittings and accessories are assembled during the production. The mechanical, electrical and plumbing installation is finished and tested. Before the expedition of the modules an overall inspection is performed. Quality control is present at all the manufacturing stages.
Finished and packed units are sent to the construction site. The transportation method is selected according to the delivery place.
After the arrival of the modules to the construction site, they are placed by crane to the desired floor and if necessary, with the help of the wheels relocated into their final position. Before starting to use, the OCCA Bathroom Pods only need to be connected to the main vertical installation shafts.
