Who designs the architectural and technical design of OCCA Bathroom Pods?
All OCCA Bathroom Pods are initially designed by the project architect or interior designer. The final selection of the finishing materials and sanitary ware is done in collaboration between OCCA’s in-house architectural department, the architect or eventually with the general contractor, so that the client’s concept considerations and aesthetic concerns are always incorporated in the final design.
OCCA’s technical department designs and optimizes the technical features of the bathroom pod. Especially the steel structure is object of their intervention. The architectural department provides the complete MEP design related to the bathroom unit. REVIT software’s architectural module and REVIT’s MEP module are used to share any design changes between the teams on a 3D platform. Working with international hotel chains, the brand standards lead the design phase. OCCA assures that the material selection and the MEP systems comply with all the design and technical requirements.
